Moving into a new unit?
When a business takes on a new industrial tenancy, the existing setup rarely matches what is needed. Before you sign, it is worth having us check the supply size, the main board and whether there is capacity for your equipment. It saves nasty surprises after the lease is locked in.
We also look at the practical layout: where machines will sit, how leads will run, whether outlets are at a safe height and away from wash-down areas, and whether the lighting suits the work being done. Getting those details right at the start is far cheaper than moving things once the business is running.
Keeping equipment safe and compliant
Workplaces with tools, leads and machinery need a regular testing program. We carry out test and tag to AS/NZS 3760, keep records and flag faulty equipment. For larger sites, thermal imaging of switchboards can find loose connections and overloaded circuits before they cause downtime.
Tourism and hospitality
The theme parks and studio precinct bring visitors, and with them accommodation, food outlets and service businesses. We do maintenance, lighting and fit-out work for smaller hospitality and retail businesses in the area, scheduled around trade.
Homes along the river and in the estates
Residential Oxenford is a mix. Along the Coomera River there are older homes on larger blocks, some dating back well before the estates. The estates themselves are mostly 1990s and 2000s brick and tile homes.
