For factories, warehouses and workshops in Yatala and Stapylton, we provide:

Keeping production running
For operating sites, planned maintenance is cheaper than a breakdown. Our maintenance contracts can include:
- Thermal imaging of main boards and motor control gear to spot hot connections early
- Test and tag of portable tools, leads and equipment under AS/NZS 3760
- Emergency and exit light testing under AS/NZS 2293
- Scheduled lighting and fault repairs with written reports
We schedule shutdown work for weekends, night shifts or planned maintenance windows so production is not interrupted more than necessary.
Setting up a new facility
Businesses moving into a Yatala or Stapylton shed often find the electrical is set up for the last tenant, not for them. Energy use

We complete site inductions, provide SWMS for our scope, follow lock-out and permit procedures, and work around forklifts and live operations safely.
Food and beverage sites
A number of the larger operations in the precinct handle food and drink. These sites bring extra requirements: washdown areas that need suitably rated fittings, cool rooms and freezers that cannot lose power for long, and hygiene rules about what can be taken into production areas. We plan our work with the site’s maintenance and quality staff so it fits their procedures.
Close to our base
Yatala and Stapylton sit between our Mudgeeraba base and Logan on the M1, which makes the precinct one of the easiest industrial areas for us to service. That helps when a site needs a planned shutdown handled early in the morning or on a weekend, and it means we can combine maintenance visits with other work nearby in Beenleigh or Ormeau.
